FRSC DEPLOYS MORE OFFICERS, TOW TRUCKS ON ABUJA–LOKOJA ROAD

By: Safiya Abdulrahim Dabban

The Federal Road Safety Corps has deployed additional personnel and tow trucks along the Abuja–Lokoja Road to ease traffic congestion and ensure the quick removal of obstructions.

The Corps Marshal, Mallam Shehu Mohammed, said the gridlock is linked to heavy traffic, construction activities and traffic violations by some motorists. He urged road users to cooperate with FRSC officials to allow smooth movement and reduce delays.

The FRSC assured motorists that all deployed officers have been directed to manage traffic effectively and ensure safe passage along the route.
