POLICE ARREST 21 ILLEGAL MINERS IN ZAMFARA

Police in Zamfara State have arrested 21 suspected illegal miners during coordinated raids in Zurmi and Maradun areas of the state. The operation followed repeated reports of unlawful mining activities in the affected communities.
The suspects were apprehended during a joint security operation and are currently under investigation, as authorities reaffirm their commitment to clamp down on illegal mining across the state.
