ENGR. ALHAJI YUNUSA TURBANING DRAWS CROWD AS NDA FCT GETS NEW PRESIDENT

Engr. Alhaji Yunusa Sani Masaga the Sarkin Samari Masaga Bida, was inaugurated as President of the Nupe Development Association (NDA), FCT Abuja chapter, on Sunday 26 April, in a well-attended ceremony.
The event took place at Dutse Alhaji Primary School in Bwari Area Council and brought together community leaders, dignitaries, and Nupe indigenes from across and beyond the FCT.
Speakers at the ceremony expressed confidence in Masaga’s leadership, noting that his emergence signals stronger unity and renewed progress for the association. They urged him to lead with dedication and inclusiveness.
Cultural performances added energy to the occasion, showcasing the rich heritage of the Nupe people.
The event also featured the swearing-in of the new Board of Trustees, marking the start of a new leadership phase. In his closing remark, the Etsu Nupe representative, Na’ibi Nupe, Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim, urged members to stay united and support the new administration.
