By Sadiq Aminu.                                                           The Kogi State Chapter of the Social Democratic Party, SDP has called on the people of Kogi State both at home and in the diaspora to look beyond ethnic considerations in determining who become the next governor of the state come November eleven this year.

The State SDP chairman, Mr. Moses Peter made the call at forum in Abuja to canvass support for the party’s gubernatorial candidate, Alhaji Murtala Ajaka.

Mr. Peter who noted that the SDP and its candidate believes strongly in the unity of the state, expressed confidence that Alhaji Murtala Ajaka will be voted across the state due to his track record as well as his developmental blueprint for the state.

The Director inter Party Relations, Murtala Campaign Organisation, Comrade Lawal Ogbolo said from the support they have received from the grassroots so far , it is clear that Alhaji Murtala Ajaka is the rallying point of the people of the state.

The Director New Media of the campaign Organisation, Mr. Jibril Isah maintained one of the policy trust the SDP candidate when voted into Office will be the promotion of inter cultural relations to ensure synergy in the development of the state.
