PEPC JUDGEMENT: ATIKU’S COUNSEL ASK FOR CTC OF JUDGEMENT                                             08-09-23

By: Sadiq Aminu                                                    The legal team of the Peoples Democratic Party presidential candidate in the 2023 polls has written to the presidential election petition court, PEPC demanding the copies of its judgement delivered on Wednesday.

The lead counsel to Alhaji Atiku, Chief Chris Uche, a senior Advocate of Nigeria, in a letter addressed to the secretary of the court and made available to newsmen, reminded the PEPC of their promise to release the documents without delay.

The secretary of the presidential election petition court has received the letter dated Seventh September, 2023.
