TALENT HUNT: NCC REITERATES COMMITMENT TO FOSTERING ECONOMIC GROWTH AND SOCIAL ADVANCEMENT                                                                                                   26-10-23

By Sadiq Aminu                                                       The Nigeria Communication Commission NCC, has reiterated its commitment in fostering economic growth and social advancement in Nigeria.

NCC Director Research and Development, Alhaji Ismail Adedigba stated this in Abuja during the 2023 Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC) Talent Hunt Research Through Hackathon.

Alhaji Ismail explained that the NCC Talent Hunt Research through Hackathon was to leverage on the emerging digital technologies to facilitate the development of home-grown innovative solutions and local content development in the telecommunications sector.

He maintained that the competition would enabled the translation of novel ideas into the development of hardware and software solutions to address industry and societal challenges.

The Executive Commissioner, Technical Services (ECTS) Engineer Ubale Musa said the event served as a tools in promoting and addressing societal issues and solution.
