200 WOMEN, YOUTH, PLWD TRAINED ON DIGITAL SKILLS IN KWARA STATE                                                         16-11-23

By Sadiq Aminu                                                      Over two hundred (200 )women, youth and People Living With Disabilities (PLWD) in Kwara state have been trained in various digital entrepreneurship skills to make them self reliant.

Speaking at the event in Ilorin, the managing Director and co-founder of Lifefount Dr. Yemisi Adeyeye, said the training will create jobs and reduce poverty.

She said the beneficiaries of the programme were trained on digital technology and entrepreneurship skills; both online and physical.

Adeyeye, explained that the drive for the project came from the need to make people’s lives better.

She noted that there is the need to empower women with digital skills to enable them improve and grow their businesses.
