KEBBI CAN CAUTION CHRISTIANS ON IMMORALITY DURING CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION                                                                                                   24-12-23

By Sadiq Aminu                                                      The Kebbi State Chairman, Christian Association of Nigeria CAN, Venerable Dr. Ayuba Kanta, has cautioned Christians community not to use the occasion of christmas to commit immorality but use to reflect and demostrate the love of God.

Dr. Kanta, stated this while speaking with Africa 247 correspondent in Birnin Kebbi on the occasion to mark the christmas day celebration.

The CAN Chairman, also called on the Christian faithfuls to use the season of christmas to pray for the peaceful coexistence of the country.

Reading from the book of Isaiah Chapter 9 verse 6, the Kebbi State CAN Chairman, Venerable Dr Ayuba Kanta, said, christ has come to institutionalized peace, Justice and fairness across all board, either to government at all levels, Kings and rulers, have been unjust to their people but the coming of christ was an announcement of good news to the entire human rase.

Dr. Kanta said, it was the responsibility of the leaders irrespective of religion to institutionalize peace, fairness and justice across all board and to ensure the security of lives and property of all Nigerians.

He said, Nigerians are feeling the hardship being face in the country and therefore called on leaders at all levels to be fair and just so that Nigerians will leave a better life.
