SPEAKER HOLDS PRESS CONFERENCE ON PRESSING NATIONAL ISSUES THURSDAY                                                                                                          07-02-24

By Sadiq Aminu                                                      The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dr. Abbas Tajudeen, will on Thursday hold a world conference on some pressing national issues.
A statement by the Speaker’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Musa Krishi, explains that the conference will hold at the National Assembly.
According to the Speaker the conference will cover areas such as security, economy, among other critical areas.
The House of Representatives during second edition of its sectoral Debate, featured the heads of the nation’s financial institutions and other critical stakeholders such as Minister of Budget and Economic Planning, Coordinating Minister of Finance, Chairman of Federal Inland Revenue Service FIRS and Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria to brief Nigerians on the nation’s economy
Journalists from both within and outside the National Assembly are expected to cover the conference.
