WORLD RADIO DAY: JOURNALISTS MAKING A HUGE IMPACT ON NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT -KANO SPEAKER                                                                       13-02-24

By Sadiq Aminu                                                    The Speaker Kano State House of Assembly (KNHA), Alhaji Jibrin Ismail Falgore, has expressed his appreciation for the significant contributions, made by journalists to the development of Kano State and Nigeria as a whole.

In a statement signed by the chief press secretary to the speaker, Kamaluddeen Sani Shawai and made available to Africa 247 correspondent in Kano.

The speaker emphasized the unwavering commitment and selfless service of journalists, who have consistently met and exceeded the expectations of the public through their investigative journalism.

Falgore highlighted that the Kano State House of Assembly greatly values the impact of the media, and recognizes them as a vital partner in the Assembly’s efforts to deliver high-quality legislation that promotes the well-being of Kano State.

He used the opportunity to extend his heartfelt greetings to all media outlets on this auspicious day, World Radio Day.
