304 LAST BATCH OF INTENDING PILGRIMS FROM KWARA AND FCT AIRLIFTED TO SAUDI ARABIA FOR 2024-HAJJ 08-06-24
By Sadiq Aminu The last batch of three Hundred and four (304) intending Pilgrims from Kwara state and the FCT Abuja have been airlifted to Saudi Arabia for this year’s Hajj exercise.
The intending Pilgrims were airlifted on board Air peace Air craft APK7944 via Ilorin International Airport at exactly 3:06am to Maddina .
The total number of the intending pilgrims is made up of two hundred and eighty six from Kwara state,Ten officials, and eight from FCT,Abuja.
This completes the airlift of three thousand one hundred and two intending Pilgrims from Kwara state zone which is made up of Kwara,Ondo and Ekiti state .
The intending Pilgrims had earlier staged a peaceful protest to express their grievances over delay in their airlift since Thursday to Saudi Arabia for year 2024 Hajj exercise.
