BAUCHI STATE GOVERNMENT ANNOUNCES THE DEATH OF THE EMIR OF NINGI, ALHAJI YUNUSA MUHAMMAD DANYAYA                                                                                              26-08-24

By Sadiq Aminu                                                              Alhaji Yunusa Muhammad Danyaya a First-Class Emir in the State died during a protracted illness at the Expert Alliance Hospital, Kano two days after his return from a medical trip to Mecca.

A statement signed by Special Adviser Media and Publicity to the state Governor Comrade Muktari Gidado says funeral prayer will be held at four o’clock in the afternoon at Ningi palace.

According to the advancement Governor Bala Mohammed, extends condolences to the immediate family of the late Emir, the Ningi Emirate Council, and the entire people of the State.

“We mourn with you in this great loss and pray that Almighty Allah grants the departed soul eternal peace in Jannatul Firdaus…..” the statement says.

“The Bauchi State Government wishes to inform the public that the funeral rites of His Royal Highness, the late Emir of Ningi, will be conducted today, Sunday, August 25th, 2024, at 4:00 PM at the Ningi Emirate Palace, according to Islamic rites …” it adds.

“His Royal Highness will be remembered as a father to all, a pillar of strength, and a beacon of light in our state.

“May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace” the statement concluded.
