COMMITTEE FOR THE CONSEQUENTIAL ADJUSTMENT IN SALARIES TO REFLECT THE NEW MINIMUM WAGE ACT, 2024 INAUGURATED                                                                                                                           12-09-24

By Sadiq Aminu                                                             The committee for the consequential adjustment in salaries to reflect the new Minimum Wage Act, 2024 has been inaugurated.

The committee of sixteen members comprising of government and labour representatives will be chaired by the Head of the Civil service of the Federation, Mrs. Didi walson-Jack.

At the inaguration in Abuja, the Head of service said the committee had the task to develop a template to be used for salary adjustments only for all cadres in the Civil service.

Mrs. Didi Walson-Jack said the committee would be deligent in tackling all issues and would come up with a template as soon as possible.
