By Sadiq Aminu                                                              The head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs. Didi Walson-Jack has reintroduced the federal civil Service anthem.

The audio and video clip of the rebranded anthem was unveiled to reporters and media executives at the maiden meet and greet session with the Head of Service in Abuja.

Mrs. Walson-Jack said the anthem would evoke and remind workers of their call to be efficient, productive, incorruptible and to embrace a citizen centered culture, Code named EPIC Culture.

“”the anthem has been reintroduced to drive the reforms. It is expected that the anthem wil be sung by all civil servants, public servants and indeed Nigerians and it will be an anthem that will encourage every public servant to imbibe the lyrics of the anthem, efficient, productive, incorruptible and citizen centred. And so that EPIC culture is what we are hoping civil servants will actually live out”

The head of Service, Mrs. Didi Walson-Jack said creativity and innovation were being employed to deliver reforms derived from the Federal Civil Service Strategy Implementation Plan, FCSSIP harping on the need for wide media coverage to aid the process and deliver on President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
Mrs. Walson-Jack sang along to the relayed melodious anthem with enthusiasm as did the permanent Secretaries and some reporters who found the song interesting.

The head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs. Didi Walson-Jack thanked President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his endearing support to ongoing reforms in the federal Civil Service.
