BENUE STATE LEGISLATIVE AIDES FORUM DECLARES TOTAL LOYALTY TO THE LEADERSHIP OF SENATOR AKUME 29-01-25
By Sadiq Aminu Benue State National Assembly Legislative Aides Forum has declared their total loyalty and support to the leadership of the Secretary to the government of the Federation, SGF, Senator George Akume.
The Forum at a news briefing in Abuja after a courtesy visit to Senator Akume, said the SGF has been a major support pillar that had promoted Socio-Political and sustainable leadership over decades in Benue State.
Speaking during the news Conference, the Chairman of the Forum, Comrade Norgba Orvave, explained that the appointment of Senator Akume as the Secretary to the Government of the Federation had brought desired development to the State, hence the need for the Forum to declare total loyalty to his leadership.
“Your Excellency, the encyclopedia of politics and great reservoir of experience and wisdom, we are here in solidarity with you, and to state our unequivocal and unflinching support and loyalty to your enduring leadership. We want to say with no iota of reservation that where you lead, we follow”
According to Comrade Norgba Orvave, the forum would continue to fulfill its roles as a major support pillars to the Federal lawmakers from Benue State as well as fostering unity and cooperation amongst National Assembly aides from the state.
The Forum, while appealing to the SGF to serve as the Grand Patron of the Benue State National Assembly Legislative Aides Forum, commended President Bola Tinubu for the implementation of his Renewed Hope Agenda programmes.
