FG LAUNCHES THE OFFICIAL NATIONAL YOUTH CONFERENCE PORTAL 2025 FOR REGISTRATION OF DELEGATES, VIRTUAL CONSULTATION 16-06-25
By Sadiq Aminu. The Federal Government has Launched the official National Youth conference Portal 2025 for registration of delegates, virtual Consultation and other activities of the Conference.
At the Launch in Abuja, the Minister of Youth Development, Comrade Ayodele Olawande said the platform would enhance smooth processes of the National Youth Conference.
The National Youth conference is a conception of the Federal Government to structure avenue for young people to contribute to National discussions and policy formulation.
It is also to ensure that their ideas translate into workable solutions that will tackle critical issues affecting youths in the country.
President Bola Tinubu on the 10th of March Inaugurated the planning committee for the National Youth conference to ensure a smooth and hitch free Confab with strategic recommendations.
The Minister of Youth Development, Comrade Ayodele Olawande explained that the 2025 National Youth conference would serve as a generational turning point and a platform to brainstorm on youth developmental Programs.
The Minister told the gathering that the National Youth conference would be executed via multi Participatory processes that include : Consultations across the 360 federal constituencies, Diaspora virtual engagement, zonal consolidation meetings and the conference.
The Senator Representing Cross River South, Asuquo EKpenyong maintained that the National Youth Confab would serve as a game changer for the economy of the country.
The Senior special Assistant to the President on citizenship and leadership who doubles as the Confab planning Committee Spokesperson, Ms Rinsola Abiola enumerated the various platforms to be used for the Conference.
Earlier, the Chairman of the National confab Committee who is also the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of youth Development Mr Olubunmi Olusansanya noted that the platform would allow youth participation at various levels and help them come up with innovative solutions to Youth unemployment in The Country.
