NIGERIA’S 65th INDEPENDENCE CELEBRATION

The Kano State Government has inaugurated a committee to organize the 65th Independence Anniversary.

The event, held at the Ministry of Information and Internal Affairs, was led by Commissioner Ibrahim Abdullahi Waiya, who urged the committee to plan a celebration that promotes unity, peace, and patriotism.

Committee Chairman, Alhaji Inuwa Idris Yakasai, assured that they will deliver a memorable event that reflects Nigeria’s cultural diversity and national pride.

The inauguration was attended by top government officials, security agencies, civil society groups, and other stakeholders.

The celebration will feature activities to showcase Nigeria’s history, achievements, and values of unity and progress.
