NORTH CENTRAL WARNS PARTIES: DON’T RISK OUR VOTES

The North Central Renaissance Movement (NCRM) has cautioned political parties against ignoring the region in their zoning plans for the 2027 presidential ticket.
Speaking in Abuja, NCRM Chairman, Professor K’tso Nghargbu, said denying the North, especially the North Central, would mean losing its support. He criticized the recycling of old leaders, stressing that the zone, with its diverse ethnic groups and rich resources, is best positioned to unify Nigeria.
He added that the North Central has long been sidelined in leadership since independence, and now seeks justice, peace, and good governance through fair representation.
