OPERATION WHIRL STROKE TROOPS SMASH CULTIST HIDEOUT IN BENUE

Troops of Operation Whirl Stroke (OPWS) have intensified their fight against cultism with a successful raid on a suspected cultist den in North Bank, Makurdi, Benue State.
According to Lieutenant Ahmad Zubairu, Acting Media Information Officer of OPWS, seven suspects were arrested during the operation. Troops recovered locally made pistols, ammunition, charms, and other incriminating items.
The operation is part of ongoing efforts to tackle crime and restore peace in Makurdi and surrounding areas. All suspects are in custody for further investigation and prosecution.
