KEBBI, SAUDI NGO LAUNCH FREE EYE OUTREACH FOR 5,000 RESIDENTS

The Kebbi State Government, in partnership with Saudi-based WAMY and the Nasara Foundation, has begun a free eye medical outreach aimed at supporting 5,000 people across the state.
The five-day programme offers surgeries, treatments, and eyeglasses to patients from all 21 LGAs.

Health Commissioner Isma’il Augie praised the progress, noting the initiative will bring major relief to thousands.
WAMY’s Country Director, Dr. Hisham Muhammad, said the turnout has been massive, with hundreds already attended to.
