KEBBI GOV SIGNS ₦642.9BN 2026 BUDGET INTO LAW

Kebbi State Governor, Nasir Idris, has signed the ₦642.9 billion 2026 Appropriation Bill into law, describing it as a budget focused on transformation and people’s empowerment.

Assenting to the bill in Birnin Kebbi, the governor praised the State House of Assembly for the timely passage of the budget and assured that it would be strictly implemented to drive development, boost security and support critical projects across the state. He also stressed the importance of sustained cooperation between the executive and legislature to ensure effective delivery.
