By: Safiya Abdulrahim Dabban

Taraba State Governor, Dr. Agbu Kefas, has flagged off major road projects in Wukari, including the Wukari Township Road Network, the Takum Junction Flyover Bridge, and the emergency reconstruction of the Wukari–Chinkai Road.

The ceremony, held at the project site in Wukari, drew a large crowd of residents, traditional rulers, community leaders, and government officials, who hailed the projects as a turning point for the area.

Governor Kefas thanked the people of Wukari for their support and reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to people-focused infrastructure that will ease movement, boost economic activities, and improve living standards.

The state government said the projects reflect its resolve to deliver meaningful development across Taraba, while the contractor assured residents of quality work and timely completion, calling for community cooperation.
