SPEAKER, DEPUTY SPEAKER HAIL VP SHETTIMA AT 58 02-09-24
By Sadiq Aminu The Speaker House of Representatives Dr. Tajudeen Abbas, has eulogized the Vice-President, Senator Kashim Shettima, who clocks 58 Today.
Dr. Abbas said the Vice President has been a dependable ally to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and a stabilizing factor in the current administration and the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
The Speaker, in a congratulatory message through his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Musa Abdullahi Krishi, noted that Senator Shettima’s astounding performance as two-term governor of Borno State stands out.
The Speaker wished the Vice President more years of service to the country, in sound health, and an increased wisdom from the Almighty God.
Similarly the Deputy Speaker, House of Representatives, Mr. Benjamin Kalu has felicitated with the Vice President, Senator Kashim Shettima on the occasion of his 58th birthday.
Mr. Kalu in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary Levinus Nwabughiogu described Senator Shettima as a patriot who loves Nigeria and has made invaluable contributions to its development.
The Deputy Speaker also noted that the Vice President is delivering on the mandate of his present office.
While praying to God for the blessing of many more years in good health, Mr. Kalu joined numerous friends of the Vice President and indeed, the rest of the country in wishing Vice President Shettima a splendid birthday celebration.
