FCT/ APC: WIKE WILL TRANSFORM THE CITY AND MAKE IT THE CYNOSURE OF ALL EYES…….

The Federal Capital Territory FCT All Progressives Congress South East Forum has expressed optimism that the incoming Minister of the territory Mr. Nyesome Wike would transform the city and make it the cynosure of all eyes.
In a statement, the leader of the forum and former Vice Chairman of Abuja Municipal Area Council, Mr. Lawrence Onuchukwu emphasized that Mr. Wike’s track record of leadership would benefit the FCT and transform it the way he did in Rivers State.
The South East Forum expressed gratitude to President Bola Tinubu for appointing Mr. Wike as the first southerner to serve as FCT Minister, since 1976 when Mr Mobolaji Adeogun-Ajose was appointed as an administrator to oversee the then newly created Federal Capital.
While extolling the political astuteness of the former Governor of Rivers State, the Southeast politicians in Abuja urged the minister to carry them along in administering the FCT.
The forum described Mr. Wike as an achiever and that
they were particularly excited to receive him to the FCT.
