By Sadiq Aminu                                                     The House of Representatives has considered and Passed for second reading the Bill seeking to Authorise the issuance from the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the Federation the total sum of N27.5 Billion Naira.

This was sequel to the conclusion of the resumed debate on the 2024 Budget Estimates presented by President Bola Tinubu before the joint session of the National assembly.

During the debate, a member from Lagos State Mrs Kafilat Ogbara, argued that the people centred budget, which prioritizes Education, Security, students loans as well as human capital development among others, should be efficiently  oversighted by the Parliament.
