PLATEAU STATE GOVERNMENT INUAGURATES 4 COMMITTEES TO ADDRESSING VARIOUS CHALLENGES 26-03-24
By Sadiq Aminu Plateau State Government has formally inaugurated four different Committees saddled with the responsibilities of addressing various issues.
One of such committees is that aimed at resettling all the Internally Displaced Persons, IDP’s.
Inaugurating the committees, Governor Caleb Mutfwang said the formation of the four committees was part of government’s desire in moving the state forward.
He therefore charged them to ensure they carry out their various assignments with all sense of responsibility and appealed for cooperation from all residents for a successful exercises.
Earlier, the Secretary to the Government of the State, SGS Architect Samuel Jatau described all the committees as childs of necessity.
Responding on behalf of the four committees, Mr Isaac Dimka appreciated the governor for finding them worthy of such assignments and pledged to do a meticulous job.
The four committees inaugurated include, committee to Review the Structure of the civil service, that to Review complains arising from the creation of Districts and chiefdoms, that on Land administration and resettlement of all IDP’s.
