JSIEC DECLARES THE APC CANDIDATES AS THE WINNERS OF ALL 27 LOCAL GOVERNMENT CHAIRMANSHIP ELECTIONS 07-10-24
By Sadiq Aminu Jigawa State Independent Electoral Commission has declared the All Progressives Congress APC as the winner of all 27 local government chairmanship elections in the state.
The Public Relations Officer of the commission, Habibu Adamu Babura stated this during an interview with newsmen at the Commission’s headquarters in Dutse, the state capital.
Yarima explained that, the election results were declared at the respective local government headquarters and ward collation centers across the 27 local government areas of the state.
The Executive Chairman of the Commission, Alhaji Auwalu Muhammad Harbo has presented certificates of return to all the winners of the 27 local government Chairman seats.
Africa247 correspondent reports that, the Chairman of the Jigawa State All Progressives Congress APC, Alhaji Aminu Sani Gumel congratulated his party members on their overwhelming victory in the Saturdays election.
