KANO PHILANTHROPIST PROVIDES FREE RAMADAN BREAKFAST TO VULNERABLES                                                                                                             03-03-25

By Sadiq Aminu                                                      A Kano-based philanthropist has commenced a humanitarian gesture by providing free Ramadan breakfast to vulnerables in ten centers across the state.

The beneficiaries are being served cooked rice, Kunun Tsamiya (Tamarind Gruel), and noodles, among other meals, every evening throughout the Ramadan period.

The philanthropic gesture was launched at one of the designated feeding centers in Rimin-Gado town through Barrister Muhuyi Magaji.

The beneficiaries, drawn from various parts of the state, expressed gratitude for the timely assistance.

In addition to the breakfast provision, the philanthropist has also distributed foodstuff, including rice and noodles, and cash to over 2,000 vulnerables and 150 orphans to support their feeding during the Holy month.

The philanthropist, who wishes to remain anonymous, stated that the gesture is solely for the sake of Allah, who enjoined the faithful to feed the less privileged during Ramadan.

“I don’t need my name to be mentioned for the gesture,” the philanthropist said.

Beneficiaries, including maijidda Iro and sadiya Yusuf, thanked the philanthropist for the gesture, which they said would greatly enhance their feeding during the Ramadan period. “May Allah reward the person who provided it abundantly,” they said.
