By Sadiq Aminu.                                                        Ondo State house of assembly has condemned the recent spike in cases of kidnapping in the state.

The lawmakers while speaking on matters of urgent public importance said the recent cases of kidnapping had created fear, tension and apprehension in the state.

The lawmakers who took turns to condemn the act berated all forms of criminality in the state, stating that many ransoms had been paid while many had lost their lives to kidnapping.

Addressing the house , the speaker Mr Olamide Oladiji encouraged Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa to double his efforts on security.
