Governor Dauda Lawal has restated his firm stand against negotiating with bandits, assuring Zamfara residents of his administration’s commitment to security.
During condolence visits to Kagara, Dan Isa, and Kasuwar Daji in Kaura Namoda LGA, recently attacked by bandits, the governor sympathized with victims and pledged stronger protection of lives and property.
Lawal emphasized that bandits have never been sincere, hence, his government will not dialogue with them. He also promised to fix the dilapidated roads linking the affected communities.
