APC CHAIRMAN’S WIFE, DAUGHTER ABDUCTED IN KWARA

Gunmen have kidnapped the wife and daughter of APC Chairman in Patigi LGA, Kwara State, Muhammad Swasun. The attack happened at his residence in Sakpefu community on Sunday night.
The assailants reportedly fired shots to scare residents before seizing Hajiya Fatima and her daughter, Amina. A party official confirmed the chairman narrowly escaped being taken.
Police have launched a manhunt, assuring that efforts are ongoing to rescue the victims and arrest the suspects. The incident highlights the growing wave of kidnappings in Kwara’s northern district.
