FG APPROVES UNIFORM PRICES FOR RENEWED HOPE HOUSING UNITS

The Federal Government has set uniform prices for its Renewed Hope Estate housing units across all states, making homeownership more affordable for Nigerians.
According to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, one-bedroom units will cost ₦8.5 million, two-bedroom units ₦11.5 million, and three-bedroom units ₦12.5 million.
The Ministry says the move ensures fairness, transparency, and equal access to housing nationwide. Sales of the completed units will begin soon, and interested applicants can apply through www.renewedhopehomes.fmhud.gov.ng or at the Ministry’s offices.
