NEW INEC CHAIRMAN ON CREDIBLE ANAMBRA ELECTION

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has urged the new INEC Chairman, Professor Joash Amupitan, to conduct a free, fair, and credible Anambra Governorship Election next month.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, Tinubu emphasized that the poll, Professor Amupitan’s first major task, must reflect integrity and transparency.
In his response, Professor Amupitan pledged to carry out his duties with sincerity and commitment to uphold the nation’s democratic values.
