SENATOR YARI APPROVES DISTRIBUTION OF 746 TRUCKS OF FOOD FOR RAMADAN IN ZAMFARA

Senator Abdulaziz Yari, former governor of Zamfara State, has approved the distribution of 746 trucks of assorted food items to residents as part of his 2026 Ramadan welfare initiative. The intervention is aimed at easing hardship and supporting vulnerable families during the holy month.
The distribution, coordinated across the state, is expected to reach hundreds of thousands of beneficiaries without regard to political affiliation and will commence ahead of the Ramadan fast. Organisers say strict guidelines have been put in place to ensure transparency and fairness throughout the exercise.
The initiative reflects Senator Yari’s continued commitment to humanitarian support and community welfare in Zamfara State.
