FILM STUDIO: FIRST LADY DONATES 350 MILLION NAIRA FOR PRODUCTION OF MOVIE PROMOTING KWARS’S CULTURE, TRADITION                                                                      30-01-25

By Sadiq Aminu                                                                    The First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu has donated the sum of three hundred and fifty million naira for the production of a movie, emphasising and promoting the culture and tradition of Kwara State.

Senator Oluremi Tinubu made the donation when she visited the world-class equipment at Kwara State’s Sugar Factory Film Studio in Ilorin.

She expressed excitement with the facilities at the Sugar Factory Film Studio, saying that the state was prepared to cause upset in the country’s creative industry, commending Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for all his giant stride aimed at developing the state.

The First Lady also visited Kwara State Garment Factory as well as the Innovation Hub, designed to be Kwara’s version of the Silicon Valley to raise generations of techies and build skills that resolve local developmental challenges.

Senator Oluremi Tinubu expressed hope that the facility would give talented underprivileged children a platform to shine and rule their world.

The Managing Director of the Hub, Temi Kolawole took the first lady through the mandate of the multibilion naira facility.
