4 FEMALE STUDENTS OF NASSARAWA STATE UNIVERSITY HAVE BEEN KIDNAPPED                                                                                                     09-10-23

By Sadiq Aminu                                                           The police have confirmed the kidnap of 4 female students of Nassarawa State University Keffi.

Police Public Relations Officer Nassarawa State Command DSP Ramhan Nansel in a telephone interview with AFRICA 247 said unidentified gunmen invaded the residents of the students in Unguwar Kare at about 12:55am on Tuesday and took them away.

DSP Ramhan Nansel stated that the police in collaboration with the military responded swiftly by combing the surrounding bush to recover the students from their abductors but was unsuccessful.

He added that the state Commissioner of Police Mr Maiyaki Baba had ordered a comprehensive manhunt for the abductors with a view to rescuing the students unhurt.
