SECURITY: KANO POLICE RE-ARRESTS REPENTED CRIMINAL RING LEADER, 6 OTHERS 22-12-23
By Sadiq Aminu The Kano Police Command says it has made a breakthrough as they rearrested a hardened Criminal Ring Leader who had repented recently.
The Kano State Commissioner of Police Mohammad Hussein Gumel disclosed this while briefing journalist in Kano.
He said the Repented Ring Commander named Bahago Afa, six Others and 72 others now at large are Enemies of Peace, and Armed Robbers.
He said the Police said they have already neutralize several networks of the Hardened Criminal that have turned Kano to a hub of thuggery, Armed Robbery and other serious Criminal activities.
CP Gumel noted that already there are over 700 repented Criminals on their lists and anybody among them that dare went back would be declared an enemy of peace just like Bahago Afa and others.
Bahago Afa was among those who have Repented earlier, but unfortunately went back to commiting crime ”
The Police Commissioner, said they have today declared Dala, Gwale, Municipal and other areas and has identified some Youths carrying deadly weapons conducting illegal and Frightening the People’s to steal their Properties.
“we have taken care of Daba “thuggery in Kano”, but these thugs are today carrying out robbery activities, and conducting an organized Crime that is now is nothing but robbery and this would not be tolerated ”
“All those that are declared enemies of peace 72 of them are wanted and anywhere Police or any other Person’s see them should arrest them and bring them before the Police.
