YOBE STATE GOVERNMENT DISSOLVES ALL LOCAL GOVERNMENT COUNCILS 25-04-24
By Sadiq Aminu Yobe State Government has approved the dissolution of all the Local Government Councils Chairmen of the 17 Local Governments areas across the State.
The State Governor, Mai Mala Buni gave the approval after an emergency meeting summoned by the state house of assembly on Wednesday.
In a statement issued by Press Secretary to the SSG. Shuaibu Abdullahi, Governor Buni directed all the Local Government Chairmen to immediately handover the affairs of their Local Governments to Directors of Personnel Management on or before Thursday 25th April, 2024.
