FG URGES YOUTH TO AVAIL THEMSELVES BY ACCESSING INTERVENTIONS PROGRAMS FOR ALL INCLUSIVE GROWTH                                                                                                       24-09-24

By Sadiq Aminu                                                                 Youth in the country have been urged to key into the Federal Government intervention programs to avail themselves for the opportunity of accessing various programs aimed at enhancing socio-economic and security development of country.

Minister of Information and National Orientation Muhammad Idris Malagi gave the advice at a sensitization program aimed at sensitising the youth in the North West geopolitical zone, held in sokoto state.

Represented by the head of Federal Information Centre Sokoto state, Hajiya Ramatu Sani , said report gathered revealed that people in the North West have been leftout in most of the FG intervention programs.

She explained that the purpose of the intervention programs was to ensure all inclusive National growth and development in all states and local government across the country.

Hajiya Ramatu noted that the FG is diversifying the National economy through industrization, innovation and local contents development for sustainable development.

Also speaking, the state director, National Orientation Agency Alh. Babangida Kurfi said already, there are more than seven ongoing intervention programs that provides grant and non interest loans through bank of industry as well as students loan with over two billion naira provided for the scheme among others.
