KANO DONATES MOTORCYCLES TO RANGERS ON WORLD RANGERS DAY………..

The Kano State Government has donated 10 motorcycles to forest rangers at Falgore Game Reserve to strengthen wildlife protection and biodiversity conservation.
Managing Director of the Kano State Zoological and Wildlife Management Agency, Conservator Sadiq Kura Mohammed, presented the motorcycles on behalf of Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf during the World Rangers Day 2025 celebration in Doguwa.
He praised rangers as “unsung heroes” for their role in fighting poaching, tree felling, and protecting endangered species. Other speakers also commended their courage and sacrifices in safeguarding the environment.
The donation, according to the rangers, will boost anti-poaching patrols and habitat protection at the reserve.
