KOGI LAUNCHES CNG TRICYCLES TO CUT TRANSPORT COSTS

The Kogi State Government has rolled out 50 Compressed Natural Gas, powered tricycles under President Bola Tinubu’s subsidy relief initiative.
Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, represented by the Commissioner for Transportation, Mr. Atuluku Levi, said the move will ease transportation costs, boost cleaner energy use, and create jobs for young people.
Chairman of the Tricycle and Motorcycle Owners Association, Mr. Amos Onuche Isah, hailed the initiative as a turning point for Kogi’s transport sector, stressing that it will lower fares and improve livelihoods.
