CENTER FOR COMMUNICATION AND SOCIAL IMPACT ANNOUNCED TRAINING OF JOURNALISTS FOR THE PROMOTION AND DEVELOPMENT FOCUSED REPORTS

The centre for communication and Social Impact, CCSI has announced an annual fund for training of journalists and for the promotion of development focused reports.

The Executive Director of CCSI, Mrs. Babafunke Fagbemi who made the announcement at a palley with journalists including Africa247 Channel in Abuja, explained that the media has enomous ability to develop and transform society and should therefore be supported to do more.

Mrs Fagbemi said it would continue to partner with the media to drive it’s communication and Social Intervention programmes for the development of Nigeria.

On the ongoing world breastfeeding week, Mrs. Fagbemi urged women to always ensure exclusive breastfeeding for infants to ensure proper bonding between mother and child.
