PRESIDENT TINUBU MAKES FRESH APPOINTMENTS, RETURNED SOME TO AGENCIES IN MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATION                                                                                11-10-23                                By Sadiq Aminu                                                             President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointments of new and returning Chief Executives to fresh terms in office across multiple agencies under the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy.

A statement lists them as Aminu Maida, EVC/CEO, Nigerian Communications Commission, Nkechi Egerton-Idehen, MD/CEO, Nigerian Communications Satellite Limited, and Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi, DG/CEO, National Information Technology Development Agency.

The rest are Dr. Vincent Olatunji, National Commissioner/CEO, Nigeria Data Protection Commission, and Tola Odeyemi, Postmaster General/CEO, Nigerian Postal Service.

The President has also approved the appointment of Idris Alubankudi as Special Adviser to the President on Technology and Digital Economy.

Signed by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, the statement says the appointments take immediate effect.
