THERE IS MARKED IMPROVEMENTS IN THE ORGANISATION OF THE BAYELSA GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION                                                                            12-11-23

By Sadiq Aminu                                                          In many parts of Yenagoa City, electoral personnel and materials arrived early to the polling units with accreditation and voting also taking place.

The process has been largely peaceful and orderly with moderate turn out of voters in many places.

In Kolokuma-Opokuma, and Ogbia LGAs, accreditation and voting are also ongoing.

After some initial delays, accreditation and voting is also underway in Brass and Nembe LGAs.

However, in Southern Ijaw LGA, the process has been characterized by late arrival of materials.
