By Sadiq Aminu                                                                The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs Didi Walson-Jack has announced the establishment of War Rooms to serve as critical hubs for managing and monitoring the implementation of the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan FCSSIP-25.

She said the War Rooms will form crucial enablers of the FSSIP reform plan and to tackle the specific challenges associated with each pillar.

The Head of the Civil Service made this known at a retreat with Federal Permanent Secretaries in Zuba, Niger State.

Mrs Walson-Jack explained that the war rooms, which will be led by Permanent Secretaries will involve all key stakeholders to ensure swift and coordinated action.

The Federal Permanent Secretaries restated the pressing need to centralize technology solutions to effectively drive the implementation of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Performance Management Systems (PMS) across the Public Service.

This move according to them, underscores the importance of swift and coordinated action.
