KANO STATE GOVERNMENT PROVIDES 400 BAGS OF RICE TO RANO EMIRATE COUNCIL                                                                     21-04-24

By Sadiq Aminu                                                                 Rano emirate council received palliatives provided by Kano State Government as part of efforts to cushion the current economic situation.

Presenting 400 bags of 25kg rice to the Emir of Rano, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Chieftaincy Affairs, Alhaji Mahmud Abbas Sanusi said the gesture was aimed at assisting staff of the emirate in view of the economic crunch in the country.

He urged people of the area to rally round the present administration as the government is working relentlessly in executing policies and programmes that have direct bearing to the life of Kano citizens.

The Emir of Rano, Alhaji Kabiru Muhammad Inuwa appreciated the foresight and kind gesture of Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf to assist the less privileged.

The monarch prayed for Allah’s guidance to leaders at Federal, States, and local governments levels for continuous peace, stability, prosperity and socio-economic development of the state and the nation as a whole.
