NIGERIA’S FIRST LADY, OLUREMI TINUBU COMMISSIONS ULTRAMODERN WARD AT KWASUTH 28-01-25
By Sadiq Aminu Similarly, Senator Oluremi Tinubu has officially opened the Ultramodern Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Dr. Amuda Aliko VIP Ward at the Kwara State University Teaching Hospital (KWASUTH) Ilorin.
This was part of the activities lineup for the First Lady three days working visit to Kwara State.
At the commissioning were the Kwara State Governor, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, his wife, Ambassador Olufolake, members of the State Executive Council as well as some dignitaries from other states.
Earlier, the State Commissioner of Health, Dr Amina Ahmed El-Imam, said the Ultramodern ward facility will take care of both men and women, young and aged alike.
She explained that the facilities comprises 19 rooms in all including double and single rooms.
Dr Amina El-Iman gave the assurance that the facility would be affordable as Kwara State Government always put the least privileged ones in mind.
Senator Oluremi Tinubu also paid homage to the Emir of Ilorin, Dr Ibrahim Zulu Gambari at his palace Ilorin where she received Royal blessing.
